I am a certified Personal Master Trainer with over 10 years of experience training both men and women. I am an expert at reshaping bodies by lowering your body fat and sculpting your body through resistance weight training. I apply "Cardio Strength Training", Similar to "Cross Fit" but more effective because there is less possibility of injury. I also apply a new style of Weight resistance training and Pilates exercises to my special program. I hold all the major certifications as, NASM,NESTA, NCSF, TRX, and Pilates. A simple "good food" plan is applied that allows all my clients to drop body fat and gain lean muscle in a matter of weeks.
